As I was strolling through the street, eating my scrumptious sandwich, I saw a miserable man climbing a wall, following a hyena and then I foolishly followed him. I finally found him as he entered a great coliseum so I went inside to see what he was doing. Once I entered, I saw a huge hyena racing between columns, being followed by the unusual man with grey hair. Feeling anxious, I stared at them until I finally decided to talk to him: “Who are you and why are you following this animal?” Then he quickly turned and dashed away briskly.

While I was in the deep forest all of a sudden I was scared, I heard a massive shout and it was my cousin. He screamed, “HELP!” I decided to try and find him. While I was in the deep, dark forest, I heard a noise, which was another one of my cousins and I decided to chase him. Then all of a sudden while I was running through the dark forest, I felt like the trees were dragging me into themselves. The forest seemed alive as a wolf who was chasing me. Anxiously, I was trying to get to him, then I finally arrived.
Year 5 children have had a fun-filled day at Parkside for one of their multi-skills days. Children who performed particularly well were awarded certificates and prizes. Well done Year 5!
As part of Sports Week, we arranged a KS2 School Games tennis festival for our class and Y3/4. Some of us even got to organise and be umpires for the Class 3 competition. We all had great fun and enjoyed having the chance to show off our brilliant tennis skills, as well as our leadership skills for the umpires. Our Class 4 winners were: Justin, Briony, Matthew and Chloe and the Class 3 winners were Kieran, Ciaran, Hannah, Lillie-Beth and Keira-Jo. Well done to everyone who took part! One day when all three men were working at the plant and then they went to send some stuff through a very big hole but then there was something that was in the middle of the tube and all three men pulled it out. Then all of a sudden there was a huge cream egg and then all of them said “let's try and dig out all of the chocolate so that we can get a lot of food so when we are hungry we can eat it.” Then one of them said "wait a minute let’s just dig in.
