Our coffee morning/ fayre to raise awareness of the water crisis and raise funds for WaterAid was a great success. We had lots of guests from the local community, including parents and other family members, Willington's mayor, local councillor Olwyn and our local MP, Pat Glass. The whole school joined us for our presentation and we even made some people cry with our songs about the water crisis. We raised around £320 at the fayre, which combined with the money we have made through our tuck shop, has made the total amount we've raised for WaterAid just under £500! Thank you to everyone who came to our coffee morning or made a donation and well done to all of our class for their hard work. More photos to follow!
